The mammograms that are used to diagnose the cancer are covered once for women that are between the ages of 35 and 39.  In addition to this if you are over the age of 40 you will be able to get tested once every 12 months so that you can try to prevent the onset.  You will pay 20% of the Medicare approved amount for the procedure, which is the standard approach that Medicare takes to most screenings.
