I need to puy in a claim against medicare who is refusing to provide me with a hospital bed because some fool committed fraud using my medicare number to get medical supplies…I am having a serouius surgery Friday and again have to come home with no hospital bed..same surgery repeated again from Dec. 11th. I get lied to by medicare and such nasty attitudes and not a soul is there trying to help me..If this infection is not out of my body I can die but it does not matter to medicare..

not sure if you can help me and not sure even if i cn afford you. s.s. had denied my part B due to an error they made. I filled out all of the necessary paper work , and they informed me that i should get me s.s.
by may 16th and it would be two weeks after i submitted paper work
that they asked to get my last employer to fill out verfying that i had health insurance from dec 2009 to feb 1 of 2010. now they sent me a letter telling me i was denied and that i now owe the 289.00? anyway can they do this and get away with it.theyy are telling me now i will not be elgible for health insurance untill 2011 and will not get my first check untill june 16th.

A local Surgeon did an Outpatient lumpectomy on March 17, 2010 on my Left Breast. I received the bill for this procedure.
However, the Surgeon charged me another $ 1,001.00 on March 18, 2010! I was home, that particular day, recouping from the lumpectomy, and didn’t return to the Surgeon till the Results were in Two Weeks later.
How can the Surgeon get away with charging me for a service Not Provided in any way on March 18, 2010?
I contacted their office, but to no avail!!
btw….this same surgeon told me & my son I did Not have Breast Cancer, but I actually do have, and am going thru a Mastectomy very soon by another Surgeon and hospital.
I hope no one else experiences this.
