Originally my brother was her sponsor However, there has been a conflict between my mother and my sister in-law, therefore, mother is now living with me, problem is I can help my mother with a place to stay, food and clothing but I am not able to take care of her medical needs. I do not know if my mother will be eligible for Medicaid under this circumstance. Please advise what I need to do to help mother applying for Medicaid or any government-supplemented programs..
