I am not sure who to report to but I have a complaint. I am a school nurse and have a student whom had two inhalers prescribed, one for home and one for school use. Mom was reluctant to leave one at school b/c stated student only had one inhaler however pharmacy had informed me two were rx'd and picked up. Student himself mentioned he got two but mom gave one to his boyfriend b/c "he too is sick from his lungs". Mom's boyfriend is a young 20+ healthly appearing man and I believe is not fair this to be happening. Mom told me in front of two other staff members she had only picked up one inhaler (& that was why she could not leave inhaler at school; needed to pick up the other one) when in reality pharmacy told me she picked up both inhalers on same day.
