WHY IS MY PRESCRIPTION IS NOT COVERED BY UNITED HEALTH CARE. BEFORE IT WAS PART OF AARP. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH UNC. I WAS CROVERED ALL THE TIME AND NOW IT IS NOT WHY

My mom is 82, and in good overall health, however I discovered that when she turned 65 years ago, she never enrolled in Medicare. Now I am afraid what the costs will be, but she needs hospitalization in case of an emergency. Please advise if she can still apply, and how rare a case this is. Thanks.
