I just received Notice of reward from Social Security Administration to inform me that : I'm egilible for Extra Help ... and I will be egilible for Medicaid Program too. My income they counted is less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Level. I would like to appy for Washington State Medicaid Program as soon as possible before May 1st. 2008. My birthday is May 12-1943.
