I will not be able to come down until jan 19 and i need a way to begin the application process?? I have called the local office 3 times and they refer me to the internet , but i have yet to fine any forms etc. to begin the process. my dad cares for my mp 100% form getting up and laying down, goin to the bathroom , feeding her, bathing her. etc. They do not owb their home and the car they drive was totalled 4 months ago in a car accident and it barely running. please tell me who to call or who CAN CALL ME TO START THE PROCESS BEFORE 1/19 WE WOULD LIKE TO CONSIDER THE ADULT DAY CARE FACILITY AS THEY HAVE BEEN MARRIED 60 YEARS AND MY DAD PROMISED HE WOULDN'T PUT HER IN A NURSING HOME.
